Berlin Property Specialists (BPS) was set up mid 2006 to take advantage of the highly anticipated capital and rental appreciation of properties in Germany and more specifically, in Berlin. BPS have performed extensive global research to find markets where the return on investment is considered to be higher than average, whilst the associated downside risk is limited. At present, one such market is Berlin. (Further analysis is highlighted in our research section). The three founding members of BPS have taken this research one step further by purchasing several properties in Berlin. Our belief is that prior to marketing a product, one must initially purchase for themselves.
